Before the age of refined sugar, our elders sweetened their Kaapi with Karupatti (palm jaggery)—a nutrient-rich gift from nature. But with modern lifestyles came processed alternatives, stripping away both the goodness and authenticity of our food.
Behind this movement stand our founders—Vijayalayan, Karthick, Dinesh, and Arun Kumar—a team of passionate entrepreneurs from engineering and MBA backgrounds, with extensive experience in the manufacturing industry. With expertise in Production, Quality Management, and Maintenance, they bring precision, efficiency, and a commitment to excellence in everything we do at Karupatti Kudil.
